      Cannot Open Reservation Card (Traveler Profile)

      In this article, you will learn what it means when a reservation cannot be opened.

      Clickable and not Clickable Names 

       

      When searching for a reservation and the name of the traveler is clickable, It means the guest has a Goki account.

      When searching for a reservation and the name is not clickable, it means the guest is not registered at Goki.

      The difference is shown below.

      Note:

      You should be able to open the guest profile by clicking on a guest profile picture or guest name. 

       

      Congratulations! Now you know what does it means when the guest's names are not clickable!
