If you cannot connect locks to the doors then you need to follow these steps:

  • Try to reset the lock properly by holding the reset button on the board for a few seconds.

  • Make sure your phone Bluetooth is working properly and you have given Bluetooth permission to the Goki app. (ANDROID)

  • Make sure the 'Lock Screen' is on.

  • Go to the rooms listing and start over to add a lock, you should one of the below screens.
