      In this article, you will learn how to Customize Check-in Forms for the guests while tablet/web check-in.

      Customize Different Forms for Guests

        

      You can customize forms and choose what you want to ask the guests while tablet/web check-in. Can be: Hometown, Nationality, Date of Birth, Address or ID, Passport, DL Validation Dates.

      Enable Check-in Forms

           

      For enabling any check-in form for guests whole tablet/web check-in you should follow these steps:

      • Open the property's Dashboard.
      • Click the 'Settings' button from the left bar menu.
      • Open 'Marketplace' menu.
      • Click the 'Settings' button below the 'Goki Check-in' box.
      • Drag any form you want to ask guests for while check-in from "Not asking" to the "Check-in questions" box.
