Important Changes to Goki - August 2023

We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements we've made to enhance your experience with our services.

🚨 UI & System Changes

As part of our continuous efforts to improve our services and streamline our platform, we have removed some functionalities as explained below:

  • Tasks

This section has been removed from the dashboard and it will be replaced with more relevant data such as unlock types (Remote, Goki Tag, DoorCode, Goki App) and battery status.


All the notifications that were previously added as tasks such as sentiment tracking,

extended stay requests, property reviews and reservation Check-in/PIN failed will now appear under "Messages".

The user permissions related to these sections have been removed.

  • Goki Pay

The functionality that allows properties to receive payments through GokiPay links has been removed (section: Payment request and payable items). Moving forward, it won't be possible to take payments via Goki.

Removed sections:

  • "Goki Pay" and "Transactions" (on the left-hand side), and instead of "Overview", we have "Subscription".

  • Payment Requests in the User Profile.

  • Authorise button for payment requests.

  • Card and Receipts in the Goki App.

  • User permissions related to Payments.

Note: Historical data will still be visible by properties.
