Reply to Email Address

In this article, you will learn how to set the property e-mail. If the traveler replies to any email from Goki it will be sent back to that properties e-mail.

Set the Property Email



The email you set up is going to be used as your property's email, we suggest you use your business email rather than your personal email.


When the traveler replies to the booking confirmation, check-in pin, shout-outs emails from Goki this reply will be sent to that property e-mail. To set it for the property follow these steps:

  • Open the Property's Dashboard.
  • Click the 'Settings' page from the left bar menu.
  • Open the 'Basic Information' page.
  • Enter the e-mail in the 'Email Address' box.
  • Click 'Save Changes'.


If the email address field is left blank any customer replies will not make it to your inbox.
