      Filters and Advanced Search Using the Search Menu

      In this article, you will learn how to use Filters & Advanced Search to find Guests based on set criteria.

      Filters

                

      Using the search menu, you are able to use filters to find guests and reservation based on their reservation status.

      • Upcoming - Today's confirmed reservations.
      • Check-ins - Checked-in today.
      • In-house - Who stays in the hostel for the following day.
      • Departing - Who are checking-out from the hostel for the following day.
      • Check-outs - Checked-out today.

              

      Note:

      You are able to use those filters only for the following day and it will show you the results (guests and reservations) from the following day too.

      Advanced Search

         

      You are able to search using Duration & Entities. 

      1. Duration Type

        
      Type one of the below & a calendar will appear & you can choose a date or date range to search. These will reveal all bookings with all statuses based on the date.

      1. From
      2. To
      3. From - to

      2. Entity Types 

            

      You can search by typing guests or reservations, selecting the dropdown & then by searching the name or reservation code.

      • Reservations
      • Guests

      Note:

       You can use those entities with the filters and you'll be able to search only guests or reservations of the following day who are Checked-in, Checked-out, Departing, or Upcoming.
