In this article, you will learn how to Freeze/Unfreeze E-Key from the Goki Dashboard.
Freeze E-Key
Note:
- You can Freeze E-Key from the Goki Dashboard in case of specific situations when the staff member needs to limit access to the client.
- To Freeze E-Key, the Reservation should be active.
- When you Freeze E-Key the whole Reservation will be frozen.
Steps to Freeze E-Key:
- Open Goki Dashboard.
- Find Guest's profile from "Search" graph.
- Press active Reservation's 3 dot option (more options).
- Click on the "Freeze E-Key" button, so the Reservation will be limited and you can see the "Snowflake" sign in front of the room.
Steps to Unfreeze E-key:
- Open Goki Dashboard.
- Find Guest's profile from "Search" graph.
- Press Frozen Reservation's 3 dot option (more options).
- Click on the "Unfreeze E-Key" button, so the Reservation will be active again and the "Snowflake" sign in front of the room disappears.
Note:
When we Freeze a lock, users should NOT see their common area lock - All keys will be frozen & it shows Freeze message title: "Limited Access" - sub: "Your reservation is frozen. Please ask staff for more information".
