      From MEWS Reservation to Goki PIN

      In this article, you will go through creating a Reservation in Mews PMS & see the journey of a customer's PIN number. 

         

      MEWS Reservation to Goki PIN

      1. Create a reservation in MEWS, take payment & check in the reservation.
      2. Guest booking is now searchable in Goki Dashboard, using a booking number or name.
      3. The guest email address will have received an email with Goki PIN to access the room. 
      4. If Goki app installed, E-key is sent to app upon check-in.

      Note:

      Guests can access their room using either the PIN or E-key on the app.
