      Open Lock With E-key

      In this article you will learn how to access your room with Goki E-key.

      E-Key access is available from the Goki App from the app store or play store.

      How to Unlock Your Room 

      1. Create a profile on the Goki app with the same email used for creating your Property reservation. 
      2. Verify your e-mail. 
      3. Select the Goki icon on the "Feed" section.
      4. Select "Key" to reveal your assigned room you are checked-in
      5. Turn on Bluetooth.
      6. Approach the room lock and select the lock icon. The door should open.

              Tip:

              PIN the lock on your Icon feed, so it appears on the top of the app.
