Remove the Guest From the Reservation
In this article, you will learn how to remove the traveler from the reservation.
Remove the Guest
In case when other guests claimed another travelers reservation, you can remove it from the traveler profile and the real owner can claim the booking. For removing a guest follow those steps:
- Open the property's Dashboard.
- Search for the reservation by Confirmation Number or email.
- Click the full name of the traveler and open the traveler profile.
- Click the guest number below the traveler name.
- Click the 'Remove' button.
Congratulations! Now you know how to delete the guest from the traveler's profile and you can fix the claiming issue!
