1.Introduction
HiJiffy is a hospitality technology company that provides AI-powered communication solutions for hotels and other hospitality businesses. Their platform is designed to enhance guest experiences, improve operational efficiency, and boost direct bookings by offering tools like chatbots, omnichannel messaging, and reservation automation.
The integration with Goki will allow the PINs generated to be sent via SMS or Whatsapp.

2. How to connect a HiJiffy account
Go to Settings > Marketplace
Click on the Connect button on the HiJiffy card
Generate the Access Token
Copy the Access Token
Contact HiJiffy integration team and share the Access Token to finalise the integration process.
3. Possible Scenarios
With HiJiffy, you can set up the following scenario:
When the reservation status is updated to "checked-in," a message is automatically sent to the guest. By clicking the provided link, the guest will be able to view their PIN.
Notes:
To connect HiJiffy, it must also be integrated with your PMS.
In the Autopilot section, one of the following cards should be enabled:
Generate access when the reservation is checked-in or
Generate access x hours before the reservation start date.
Variables available: roomPin, roomName, commonareaPIN and commonareaName.
If the PIN has been regenerated (due to a long PIN or room reassignment), guests can retrieve the pin again through the message received.
In HiJiffy all messages can be customisable as well as the time of delivery.
The logs related to the SMS should be checked in HiJiffy.
