1. Subscription
Once your account is set to "Live/Approved", the team will create the Subscription which will allow the system to generate a recurring invoice every month according to the contract signed.
The subscription will start on the day after your "Go Live Date" and the monthly invoices will be sent to the contact provided. If you wish to change it, please contact the Support Team.
In the Subscription section, you will see your subscriptions, overdue invoices as well as your saved credit card.
Notes:
You will need "Billing" Permissions to access "Subscriptions."
2. Add your Credit Card
To get your subscription active, make sure you add a credit card to the system. This way, you'll be all set to cover the monthly invoices that the system will automatically generate.
To Add a Credit Card, please go to "Add Credit Card", complete the details: Card Number, Expiry date and CVC and then "Save.
If you go to Settings, you can add a backup credit card and the "Invoicing" email address.
3. Payment Options
We offer the following payment options:
Automated Payments (Default)
Once the card is added to the system as explained above, the invoices will be paid automatically using your default payment card. A copy of the invoice will be sent via email.Note: If the card has insufficient funds or it's expired, the payment will be declined. In this case, we recommend you click "Retry or AutoPay" before the due date.
Credit Card
Once you receive the invoice and click "Pay Now", you will be redirected to a page that allows you to pay by Card.
Wire Transfer
Once you receive the invoice, you will find our Bank details at the bottom.
4. Overdue Invoices
Our subscription invoices are due 30 days after the issue date. In case the invoice is overdue, you'll receive 3 reminders via email and after the due date, a warning banner will appear in Goki.
If the invoice is overdue by 46 days, the account will be automatically suspended.
(Please note: Existing guests will still be able to access their rooms. Immediate payment will unblock the account. )
If the invoice hasn't been paid by the end of the third month, your account will be terminated completely, and you will lose all of your data.
