In this section, you will be able to tailor your Goki experience to meet the unique needs of both your travelers and staff. You have to access Settings > Customization.
Here, you'll find various sections with a range of settings, each designed to cater to different aspects of your needs:
1. Customised features
In this section, you can customise your dashboard and Goki app for your guests. You will be able to modify:
Default date format: you can set the format of all the dates on the dashboard.
Experimental features: here you can agree to use the latest beta updates turn this on. Beta features are released to all properties once they are stable and tested but you can enjoy them before they are released officially.
Terms & Conditions: enabling this you will ask your guests to read and accept your terms & conditions before entering their room.
2. Booking
This section has the configuration for the new bookings that can be generated in Goki. Here you have the field Booking Channel, which allows guests to make a reservation through Goki messages, booking URL, or the MEWS platform.
3. GDPR Compliance
Goki is GDPR compliant. Travelers' information including check-in information will be removed once their account is deleted (it will be anonymized). If you have GDPR exemptions you can delay this for 30 days. This only affects the check-in information.
You can turn on the option Keep deleted guest’s details to keep the check-in information of a traveler after account deletion for another 30 days.
