Features:
Goki Web App: Brand new Goki product! Travelers can now access their SmartKeys and get a taste of the Goki environment without the need to download the app. All Goki properties can now opt-in for this feature by enabling "Experimental Features" (Dashboard > Settings > Customisation > Experimental Features)
Booking via Goki: All travellers can now Book directly via Goki. (More information.) All Goki properties can customize their Booking experience at Dashboard > Settings.
Semi Mandatory Companions: All Goki travellers can now add semi-mandatory companions to their reservation at check-in or at pre-check-in. Here's more information on how it works.
Major Improvements to Payment Links and Goki Check-in: Payment links can now be marked as paid manually. UI Improved accordingly. Tablet Arrival responsive UI improved. (Landscape enabled for tablets.)
We're Currently Working On:
Overall User Experience (Travellers): We understand there are various fields in our environment that are not necessarily as effective as they should be. We're planning to improve the overall user experience by the end of November.
Twilio Integration (SMS Integration): Twilio integration has been teased several times during the past few Sprints, this time we'll deliver a fully integrated SMS system. Pinky promise!
Better Notifications and Mailgun Integration: Goki web app is currently still under development, "better notifications" is currently our top priority. Also, a brand new integration with Mailgun is on its way.
