Steps to Fix it

Make sure the below items is done/works correctly

  • Twilio is connected with a confirmed number

  • Autopilot should be set correctly

  • Reservation comes from PMS (Mews or ...)

  • Mobile number is set on check-in process via Goki tablet or travelers have already signed up in Goki & entered it

  • Reservation have a room assigned

  • PIN is generated
