Troubleshooting

Make sure the below items are

  • Twilio is connected with a confirmed number

  • Autopilot should be set correctly

  • Reservation comes from PMS (Mews or ...)

  • Mobile number is set on the check-in process via Goki tablet or Guests have already signed up in Goki & entered it

  • Reservation has a room assigned

  • PIN is generated

If all of this is correct, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
