Troubleshooting
Make sure the below items are
Twilio is connected with a confirmed number
Autopilot should be set correctly
Reservation comes from PMS (Mews or ...)
Mobile number is set on the check-in process via Goki tablet or Guests have already signed up in Goki & entered it
Reservation has a room assigned
PIN is generated
If all of this is correct, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
