How to set a web app link

In the autopilot, the web link is added as a variable for the templates.

  1. Create/open the autopilot “Access is generated” / “Access is changed”

  2. In the “Then” section you need to add "Send SMS"

  3. Choose web_app_url variable

So, when guests do check in via Tablet & fill in their phone number in the check-in form or when guests already have entered their phone number in their Goki app/check-in profile, they will receive an SMS, and this SMS includes the full URL of their reservation.

Note:

If the guests have already signed up in the Goki app, by tapping on this URL the Goki app will be opened, otherwise, the web app will be opened and they have access to their reservation and Keys
