Introduction
After completing the Basic Information about your property, it's important to review the "Danger Zone" section, which allows you to configure a few critical settings.
1. Currency
2. Time Zone
3. Early check-in
4. Use PMS check/in check-out time, or set it from Goki.

1. Currency
The default currency setting determines the primary currency used for reservations and pricing within the platform.
2. Time Zone
You need to set it as soon as you create your property account and ensure it is correctly set before you go live cause changing the Timezone will affect your guest’s check-in process.
Note:
Ensure that the correct time zone is set in both your PMS and Goki, as discrepancies can lead to issues.
3. Early Check-In
With Goki Early check-in, you can let the guests access the room as soon as their reservation is checked in.
If you want to enable this feature and let guests access the room before check-in time, follow the next steps:
Goki Dashboard > Settings > Basic information > Danger Zone
Enable the "Early check-in" toggle
Make sure you have following autopilot card enabled "when the reservation is checked-in > generate access"
4. Use PMS reservation time
If you prefer not to set your property's check-in or check-out times, Goki can use your PMS arrival/departure times instead. This feature is only compatible with MEWS, RMS, and some third-party systems.
If the "PMS reservation time" toggle is on, PMS reservation time will be used. So, the PIN will be generated based on PMS time on the reservation. This feature is only compatible with MEWS, RMS, and some third-party systems.
If the "PMS reservation time" toggle is off, Goki uses the check-in and check-out time defined in the Goki Dashboard. The PIN email shows access from your official check-in time for 1 hour only.
