As you may have been notified, the Kanban page will no longer be available on your dashboard, instead, it will be replaced by Statistics. This page will contain relevant data on your property.

The Kanban page used to contain the guests' reviews and feedback, and it was also a helpful tool for managing responsibilities within the property, with the new Home Page you'll be looking at the number of unlocks at your property and the exact battery status of your locks.

On the newest version of the Spaces App, you will now be able to the mac address of your Wi-Fi for the lock. It is added under the Wi-Fi settings, if you're unable to see it, please make sure you're close to the lock and tap on "Sync System Information".

When you change a guest’s room, or if you check out a reservation, from now on the PINs will get automatically disabled. With the new PIN logic, they work from up until the moment the reservation gets canceled/checked out or the room is changed.

We took your feedback into consideration, so previously if the guest checked out early the PIN would still work up until the initial reservation date, but with this new improvement, they will stop working as soon as the status of the reservation is changed.

You will now be able to receive notifications on the Goki App regarding the guests' extending stay requests, as well as their answers to sentiment tracking automation.

Previously, sentiment-tracking reviews were shown on the Kanban page (which has been replaced with the Home page) as tasks, but with our new feature, you will be receiving them as notifications.

There was an issue where the properties with this automation had new PINs generated for them, but the bug has been fixed and the PINs created prior to check-in will remain the same, and won't be updated.

Before, if you were mapping the bed and then adding a new map, the previous bed was still showing unmapped. The issue has been fixed and the updated mappings show up automatically.

When you would open Spaces on your Gboard if you weren't connected to any PMS, the message indicating that would pop out every time. Currently, it has been fixed and the pop up has been disabled.
