1. Group Reservations Detected Emails

Before the “Reservation Detected” emails were sent to one guest (email), if they were first to claim the reservation in the Goki App, the remaining emails wouldn’t be sent to other guests, despite them claiming the reservation in Goki as well. From now on, each reservation in the groups, that will have an email address, will receive their own “Reservation Detected” email.

2. Program Goki Tags Across Different Property Accounts

Previously, you could only program a specific tag in one of your property accounts. With this new improvement, if you have the same staff for multiple properties using Goki Tags, they will now be able to use this one Goki Tag across all of them, without having a new one for each account. You can program the tags to your other property the same way as you did for the first one. For more details on how Goki Tags work, please check the article here.

đŸš§ï»ż Bug Fixes

1. New Access Revoked Message in Reservation History

When the reservations were canceled before, the log describing this change would show “Access Generated By The System”, which we understand was misleading, and therefore it’s been changed to say “Access Revoked”. (Please consider that this log doesn't mean access is revoked for sure, but it means the system attempts to revoke it)
