The main feature of the Spaces App is the ability to connect devices to rooms. You can create or select a room and connect it to the SmartLock on the door.
Requirements
Connect a Lock to the Room or Common Area
1. Requirements
Have a room registered, which you can create from the Goki dashboard or the Spaces App.
Have the Bluetooth on in your device.
Have the Location on.
Be close to the lock.
Keep the SmartLocks screen on by touching it.
2. Connect a lock to the Room or Common Area
Connecting a SmartLock to a room or common area will automatically change the status of it on the Goki dashboard. You can check whether the space is connected to the lock or not and check the battery state from the dashboard too.
Open Spaces App.
Add a room or choose a "not connected" room from the "Room" or "Common area" section.
Stay close to the lock and tap on the screen to engage.
Select the right type of device you're trying to connect.
Press the lock's name with the status "ready". (You may need to reset the SmartLock or SmartLock Pro first)
After the connecting process ends, press the button "Done".
While connecting the lock, an admin PIN will be set automatically, or you need to set it.

Once you connect the SmartLock, the battery percentage will be shown: In the Spaces app, time displays as pm and am on the locks and PINs.
Common Areas also support exclusive features like Limit Access.
Common Area Pins for reservations are not created randomly; they need to be created and "shared at check-in email".
Warning:
The Admin PIN opens the door regardless of the state of the room. Therefore, it's not recommended to share this code with anyone.
