Once you connect a lock to a room or common area, it will appear in the Spaces app. From there, you can view the lock's screen and access its menu.
1. Lock Screen
When you open the Spaces app, in the Room/Common Area section you can see a List of Rooms/Common Areas that are connected to SmartLocks, SmartAccess, or Smart Dis. It has the icon of the type of lock depending on which is connected to the room.
When you press the room/common area, you will see the locks screen in the Key section and you can see there:
"Open" button,
The Battery % and Time,
Passage Mode label (only when it is set),
Limit Access Label and working Times (Only when it is set) - Only available for Common areas,
Adjust Time Error (when lock time is not the same as the property timezone).
In front of the Key section, you can see the PINs section from where you can see listed active PINs or create new ones. You can see the different types of PINs and how to create them here.
2. Locks Menu
You can open the lock menu from the 3-dot section in the upper left part of the lock screen. This is where you can customize the settings of the lock, see who has accessed the room, update the PINs, adjust the lock time, and many more features.

Customization (Settings) - From here you can update rooms/common areas information like name, and floor. You have options for Rooms (Not for Common Areas) like using the room as a Common Area, PMS mapping, and a list of Assigned Common Areas.
SmartLock Audit- You can easily see who has opened a door, via Spaces, at what time, and whether they were using a PIN, SmartLock, or a Goki Tag.
Passage Mode - With "Passage mode" you can keep the lock open for a period of time.
Limit Access - It is available only for Common Area. With "Limit Access" you can restrict access to Common Areas that should not be accessed during certain hours with a smart key via apps.
Adjust Time - If the lock time is incorrect, from here you can adjust the lock time and make it the same as the Property timezone.
Sound - You can enable Sound for the lock, So while touch-typing the PIN you can hear a beeping sound.
Tags - From here you can see Goki tags, that are connected to your property locks, Rename, Connect, disconnect to them, delete, and Add Goki Tags to your Lock.
SmartLock Diagnosis - the lock diagnosis will help you to determine and fix problems that are affecting the lock.
Disconnect - If you want or need to Disconnect the lock from a Room, you can press the "Disconnect" button.
About - Here you can see your Hardware Name.
