Resly + Goki

Automate key generation, check-in, and more with Resly + Goki integration.

Updated this week

Now you can use your Resly property management system with Goki to automate some of your processes.

Notes:

  • This feature is only available for trial and approved accounts.

  • Only the whitelisted emails will get the Goki emails on the trial account.

Supported features

  1. Room mapping

  2. Automatic Key generation

  3. Send Reservation PIN to Resly

Connect Resly to Goki

  • Go to Settings > Marketplace

  • Click on the Enable button on the Resly card.

  • Copy the Access Token from Goki to Resly

  • Open the Resly dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations

  • Find "Goki" and open it

  • Paste the Access Token under the Merchant Identifier box and click "Save."

Get Spaces/Rooms on Goki

Once you paste the Access Token under the Merchant Identifier box and save, you must click the Connect button under the "Connect Goki Spaces" title to receive rooms on Goki for mapping.

1. Room mapping

For Goki to understand which reservation belongs to which room, once you connect Goki Spaces from Resly, you need to map your Goki rooms/beds to Resly rooms/beds. You should do it manually.

You can learn how to map rooms & beds here.

Get Future Reservations

Once you connect Goki to Resly, Get Spaces on Goki and map rooms. You must click the "Reset" button under the "Reset Future Reservations" title in Resly, where you inserted the token from Goki; otherwise, we will receive the reservations created after the connection with Goki. So, you need to reset future bookings to receive all existing reservations. You need to do it only once. After that, we will receive all bookings automatically.

2. Automatic Key generation

Whenever Resly sends a reservation update indicating that the reservation is checked in, we generate a SmartKey and PIN as long as the room has a SmartLock.

  • Make sure Resly and Goki are connected.

  • Make sure your rooms & beds are mapped between Goki and Resly.

  • Now for every reservation created or updated in Resly, you will get a reservation on Goki.

Notes:

  • You will get reservations on the Goki dashboard without an email, name, or the room assigned.

  • A confirmation code for reservations to be received is mandatory.

  • When you check the travellers in Resly, on Gboard, you will see a PIN for the reservation.

  • Once the PIN is created, it will be forwarded to Resly.

Notes:

  • It's mandatory to have a SmartLock installed in the room to get the PIN; otherwise, you just see a green tick showing that the user is checked in.

  • If no room is assigned to the reservation or it is not mapped, Goki doesn't generate a PIN, and the room section will be blank.

Resly Integration Limitations

Resly sends updates to Goki on the following events: creating a new reservation, changes in from/to dates, owing, status, booker information, and room.

3. Send Reservation PIN to Resly

Once the reservation is checked in and Goki generates a PIN, it will be sent to the booker's reservation profile in Resly as a Goki Lock PIN.
