You should have access to Spaces App for your Property/Properties.

You need "Guest" permissions to access Spaces Notifications.

Open Space App

From the Menu > press "Preferences"

Open in "Notifications"

Turn on the "Chat & messages" toggle on

So, when a guest sends a message, you will get a notification.

If you have access to several properties, in the "Message" section you will see several Tabs by Property names.

When you get a notification, by tapping on it, the Spaces App should open the chat page, and activate the related property tab on the messages page.

If there are any notifications for Properties, some unread notifications will be shown next to the Property name on the tab.
