Spaces App stops at 30% when connecting a new Goki Device

Note

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of the Spaces App and if not, please update it.


SmartLock

  • Reset the disc

  • Insert the disc again

  • Make sure it is placed/connected correctly

  • Reset the SmartLock (press and hold down the button on the back of the SmartLock)

  • Close Spaces App

  • Turn off Bluetooth

  • Turn Bluetooth back on, open Spaces App, and try again

SmartLock Pro

  • Reset the SmartLock (press and hold down the rest button and wait for the second beep)

  • Close Spaces App

  • Turn off Bluetooth

  • Turn Bluetooth back on, open the Spaces App, and try again
