Note
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Spaces App and if not, please update it.
SmartLock
Reset the disc
Insert the disc again
Make sure it is placed/connected correctly
Reset the SmartLock (press and hold down the button on the back of the SmartLock)
Close Spaces App
Turn off Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth back on, open Spaces App, and try again
SmartLock Pro
Reset the SmartLock (press and hold down the rest button and wait for the second beep)
Close Spaces App
Turn off Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth back on, open the Spaces App, and try again
SmartAccess
Close Spaces App
Turn off Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth on, open the Spaces App, and try again
