Resend PIN email

In this article you will learn how to resend PIN email to the main guest or to the companion or any other email the guest has asked.

You can resend the PIN to the guest's current email address or to a different one using different alternatives.

1. Reservation Drawer

In the search section, by clicking on the icon on the left side of the reservation number you have access to the Reservation Drawer.

By clicking on the 3-dot icon on the top left of the card, you will access the option of Resend the PIN email. In case there was some delay in receiving it or you want to send that reservation's PIN to a different email you can use this option.

  • Click on Resend PIN to be able to enter different emails. The room should have a lock & a PIN generated.

2. Self-check-in

Once the mail guest has already made a self-check-in and the PIN is generated companion can redo the self-check-in process by entering the main guest's confirmation number and last name. A companion will get a message that the reservation is already checked in and there will be an option to Enter an email address manually and resend the PIN.

3. Traveller Profile

If the guest has Goki App you can resend the PIN to the existing guest or another email by clicking the full name from the search card, and then next to the reservation from the 3 dots option choose "Resend PIN email".
On the other hand, if the guest doesn't have a Goki profile the email can be resent to the main guest email.
