Bookboost + Goki

Bookboost offers a variety of solutions, that help with the leverage of your guest data and personalization of the whole customer journey.

Bookboost is a communication platform that enables hoteliers to communicate with their guests directly, personally and meaningfully.

With Bookboost, you can send the right message to the right guest, at the right time and on the right channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp and more)! It allows you to create meaningful guest journeys to prime the guest experience.

Bookboost will collect most of the information from your PMS, such as reservations' and guests' details, while the pin codes will be pulled from Goki.

Supported Features

Connect Goki to Bookboost

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Marketplace โ†’ All apps.

  2. Click on Connect button on the Bookboost card.

  3. A unique API key will be generated for you.

  4. Please save the key, contact Bookboost and provide them with the API key in order to finalise the connection.


Condition

  • The pin codes will be sent when the access is generated, and this must be configured under Goki Settings > Autopilot. In the Autopilot section, one of the following options must be enabled for the integration to work:
    "When a reservation is checked in > generate access" or "x hours before arrival> generate access"

  • Bookboost needs to integrate with your PMS.


Notes

  • In Goki (Settings>Autopilot), you have the possibility to send the "reservation detected", "pin generated", and "access changed" emails, so if you decide to use this integration, please make sure you disable those cards to avoid sending the same information twice.

  • Once both systems are connected, and your Campaigns in Bookboost are active, you are ready to start using the system.

  • To confirm if an email/SMS was delivered, please access the logs in your Bookboost account.

  • The variables you can use in Bookboost related to pins are {{room.access_token}} for room and {{reservation_gates.access_tokens}} for common areas.
