Now you can use your Shiji Enterprise Platform property management system with Goki to automate some of your processes.
Note:
This feature is only available to the trial and approved accounts.
Only the guests whose emails are added in white-listed on the trial account will get the Goki emails.

Go to Settings > Marketplace
Click on the Enable button on the Shiji card.
Copy the Access Token and send it to the Shiji Implementation team.
Shiji will Connect your Goki account to your Shiji account.
How to search for the Access Token from Goki:

1. Room mapping
Shiji maps the rooms from its side, so to be able to do it, you need to
Create rooms in Goki - check the steps on how to do it here
Contact Shiji and ask to import Goki rooms in Shiji
Once they import the rooms, they will be automatically mapped to Shiji rooms.
Warning
In Goki, you won't see the mapping as It's done from Shiji.
Shiji does not have beds to map them; you can do it only for rooms.
2. Automatic Key generation
Whenever Shiji sends up a reservation update that indicates the reservation is checked in, we generate a SmartKey as long as there is a SmartLock on the room.
Make sure Shiji and Goki are connected.
Make sure your rooms are mapped between Goki and Shiji.
Now for every reservation created or updated in Shiji, you will get a reservation on Goki.
Notes
It's mandatory to have a SmartLock installed in the room for getting a PIN; otherwise, you see a green tick showing the user is checked in.
If no room is assigned to the reservation or is not mapped, Goki doesn't generate PINs, and the room section will be blank.
Shiji Enterprise Sends/updates to Goki
Guest name/surname, reservation dates, Email address, Room, Reservation status, Number of adults (child is sent as adult as well), Confirmation number, Phone number:
Warning
Owing is not sent to Goki from Shiji
You should use Goki check-in/check-out time (Gboard > Settings > Basic information > Customization) as Shiji does not send it to goki
Shiji Enterprise limitations
Shiji is not integrated with Goki Check-in, and reservations can only be checked in/updated from Shiji Enterprise.
Trial Account limitations:
Only the guests whose emails are added in white-listed will get the Goki emails.
