This feature is only available to the trial and approved accounts.
Trial Account limitations
On the trial account, only the guests whose emails are added in white-listed will get the Goki emails.

Click on the Connect button on the GuesCentrix card.
Contact the GuestCentrix to add Access Token from Goki to GuestCentrix.
1. Room Mapping
For Goki to understand which reservation belongs to which room, you need to map your Goki rooms/beds to GuestCentrix rooms/beds.
You should do it manually and you can learn how to map rooms & beds here.
2. Automatic Key Generation
Whenever GuestCentrix sends a reservation update that indicates the reservation is checked in, we generate a SmartKey as long as there is a SmartLock on the room.
Make sure GuestCentrix and Goki are connected.
Make sure your rooms & beds are mapped between Goki and GuestCentrix.
Now for every reservation created or updated in GuestCentrix, you will get a reservation on Goki if the related automation is on
When Reservation's date is changed, Send the email "date changed"
When Reservation is assigned, Send email "reservation detected" and Send notification "reservation detected"

When you check the travelers in GuestCentrix, on Gboard you will see a PIN for the reservation (if you have a SmartLock installed on the room otherwise you just see a green tick showing the user is checked in)
GuestCentrix Integration Limitations
Any changes made from GuestCentrix about reservation status, booker information (email, name, rooms), group bookings, reservations without assigned rooms will be updated in Goki.
If you update reservation State manually from the Gboard it won't be updated in GuestCentrix!
We don't have a Pull from the PMS button on the reservation card to push information from GuestCentrix.
Delay might be a maximum of 2 minutes while updating reservations' information.
3. Goki Check-in
You can also use Goki Check-in to automate the check-in process and SmartKey/PIN generation. More here.
GuestCentrix Integration Limitations
Goki Check-in will stop travelers if they have any owing by default and you have "Enforce pre-payment" enabled from PMS and "PMS Owing Checking" option from Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in on the dashboard.
If you don't have "Enforce pre-payment" enabled from PMS and disable the "PMS Owing Checking" option from the dashboard we Goki will let guests check in with owing.
Goki Check-in will stop travelers if the room assigned to this reservation is not marked inspected. You can change this behavior by disabling the "PMS Room Status Checking" toggle from Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in (this option can still fail if GuestCentrix cannot check the traveler in due to any other limitations)
