Automate key generation, check-in, and more with Webrezpro + Goki integration.

Now you can use your Webrezpro property management system with Goki to automate some of your processes.


Notes:

  • This feature is only available to the trial and approved accounts.

  • Only white-listed emails will get the Goki emails on the trial account.

Connect Webrezpro to Goki

  • Go to Settings > Marketplace

  • Click on the Enable button on the Webrezpro card

  • Copy the Access Token and send it to Webrezpro's support team

  • Webrezpro's support team will create a Goki interface

  • Once the Goki interface is created the Server key that must be turned on

1. Room mapping

For Goki to understand which reservation belongs to which room, you need to map your Goki rooms/beds to Webrezpro's rooms/beds. You should do it manually.

2. Automatic Key generation

Whenever Webrezpro sends up a reservation update that indicates the reservation is checked in, we generate a SmartKey as long as there is a SmartLock on the room.

  • Make sure Webrezpro and Goki are connected.

  • Make sure your rooms & beds are mapped between Goki and Webrezpro.

  • Now for every reservation created or updated in Webrezpro, you will get a reservation on Goki.


Notes:

  • You will get reservations on the Goki dashboard without email or name or the room assigned.

  • A confirmation code for reservations to be received is mandatory.

  • When you check the guests in Webrezpro, on Gboard you will see a PIN for the reservation


Notes:

  • It's mandatory to have a SmartLock installed on the room for getting PIN otherwise you just see a green tick showing the user is checked in.

  • If there is no Room assigned to the reservation or is not mapped Goki doesn't generate PINs and the room section will be blank.


Webrezpro Integration Limitations

Webrezpro sends updates to Goki on these events: creating a new reservation, changes on from/to dates, owing, status, booker information, and room.

3. Goki Check-in

You can also use Goki Check-in to automate the check-in process and SmartKey/PIN generation (You can learn about it here).

4. PMS Reservation time
You can also use your PMS arrival/departure time automation.

Webrezpro Integration Limitations

Check-in Limitation:

Webrezpro checks in only today's reservations. You can't check in a reservation that is due next week.

Owing Limitation:

Goki Arrival app will stop guests if they have any owing by default. You can change this by disabling the "PMS Owing Checking" option from Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in (this option will work if the room is ready)

Webrezpro doesn't stop guests from check-in in while having owing so if you disable PMS owing check-in button guests will be able to check-in without limitation with owing.


Room Status Limitation:

Goki Check-in will stop guests if the room assigned to this reservation is not marked cleaned.

You can change this behavior by disabling the "PMS Room Status Checking" toggle from Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in (this option can still fail if Webrezprod cannot check the guest in due to any other limitations)


Trial Account limitations:

  • Only the guests whose emails are added in white-listed will get the Goki emails.
