New or updated features:

  1. Rebranded Goki Kiosk - We renamed the 'Goki Check-in' Kiosk for the tablet check-in to 'Arrival'. For more information and updates click here.

  2. Guest names displayed for group bookings - Guests can now see their name on the Arrival app during the Goki self-check-in when choosing between beds in a group booking.

  3. Multilingual Dashboard - The default should be chosen by my browser language. Unless you have set it manually in the UI.

  4. Optional expiry date - Some countries do not have expiry/issue dates on their ID card, so from now only the ID number is mandatory and other fields are optional during Goki self-check-in.

  5. Tablet update is not considered a manually claimed booking - When a guest updates his/her reservation email on the Arrival App, the guest will see the reservation in the app with the email account they have, but it is not considered a manual claim. From now on manual claim is only within the Goki app, when a user manually claims a reservation, so as long as a user has not manually claimed a reservation in the Goki app, it can be claimed manually once.

  6. ISK - New Currency in Goki

We have added the Icelandic currency ISK to the Goki system.

  7. Add a bed and PMS number in SMS - Confirmation number, PMS number, and bed are added as variables to both reservation and PIN SMS (Via Twilio)

  8. Improve batch upload errors - When uploading a file in which some rows are correct and some rows are not completed or have wrong information, I should see the error like "N rows or all data imported except below item". For more information check here.
