Now you can use your RMS property management system with Goki to automate some of your processes.
Notes:
This feature is only available to the trial and approved accounts.
Before connecting RMS to Goki, you must send a service request to RMS support to upgrade your account to RMS beta version. Once it has been confirmed, you will be able to proceed with the steps below.
Only the guests whose emails are white-listed will get the Goki emails on the trial account.

Connect RMS to Goki
Go to Settings > Marketplace
Click on the Connect button on the RMS card> Copy Access Token
Open RMS > Active Module Market > find Goki in "Modules Activated" > Press "configuration" - Only the system administrator can see the module market option in RMS
Copy/paste the Access Token from Goki to RMS, and press the "Run" button on the RMS card, this will send all current and future reservations to Goki.
1. Room mapping
For Goki to understand which reservation belongs to which room, you need to map your Goki rooms/beds to RMS Cloud)rooms/beds. You should do it manually.
Gboard > Spaces > Create rooms and map them to RMS Cloud rooms, which will be shown once you press the "Search for PMS" search box.

Once rooms mapping is completed, Reservations can be synchronized with Goki (RMS module market > Goki Configuration > Click on Sync reservation)
โ2. Automatic Key generation
Whenever RMS Cloud sends up a reservation update that indicates the reservation is checked in, we generate a SmartKey as long as there is a SmartLock on the room.
Make sure RMS Cloud and Goki are connected.
Make sure your rooms & beds are mapped between Goki and PMS.
Now for every reservation created or updated in PMS, you will get a reservation on Goki.
Notes
Not confirmed reservations will appear in Goki with the status "Optional."
, which means guests won't be able to find this reservation via the Arrival app in self-check-in, as the Goki reservation status must be confirmed.You will get reservations on the Goki dashboard without email, name, or assigned room.
It's mandatory to have a SmartLock installed in the room for getting a PIN; otherwise, you see a green tick showing the user is checked in.
If no room is assigned to the reservation or is not mapped, Goki won't generate PINs, and the room section will be blank.
A confirmation code for reservations to be received is mandatory.
When you check the travellers in PMS, you will see a PIN for the reservation on Gboard.
RMS Integration Limitations
RMS sends updates to Goki on these events: creating a new reservation, changes on from/to dates, owing, status, booker information, and room.

You can also use Goki Check-in to automate the check-in process and SmartKey/PIN generation (You can learn about it here).
4. PMS Reservation time
You can also use your PMS arrival/departure time automation.

RMS Integration Limitations
Owing Limitation:
The Goki Arrival app will stop travellers if they have any owing by default. You can change this by disabling the "PMS Owing Checking" option from Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in (this option will work if the room is ready)
RMS doesn't stop travellers from check-in while having owing, so if you disable PMS owing check-in button, guests will be able to check in without limitation with owing.
Room Status Limitation:
Goki Check-in will stop travellers if the room assigned to this reservation is not marked cleaned.
You can change this behaviour by disabling the "PMS Room Status Checking" toggle from Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in (this option can still fail if RMS cannot check the traveler in due to any other limitations)
Trial Account limitations:
Only the guests whose emails are added in white-listed will get the Goki emails.
