By default, all Goki emails and/or notifications are designed and send by Goki via your dashboard.
However, with our Mailchimp integration, you can customize this process and send some emails via Mailchimp instead if you want to use your own domain.
Besides customizing the autopilot emails/ notifications send through Goki to be sent directly from you instead, you will be able to use the Mailchimp integration for any kind of communication with your guests.
Note:
This feature is only available to trial and approved accounts.

Supported Features
Within the Autopilot section of your Goki Dashboard, you have different options to customize and automate guest communication.
Customize email templates: Create Mailchimp templates and use them for communication with guests.
Set sender email: Once updated, guests will receive emails from your email
Replace Goki Emails with Mailchimp Emails: Once you have created email templates, you can edit your Automations and set the new Mailchimp templates as your default emails
1. Customize Email Templates
You can create email templates from Mailchimp/Mandrill. Templates will be listed within the Goki dashboard Autopilot details when you select Mailchimp emails. You can choose between templates for different conditions, which are explained below in the following step.
Warning:
If you create a template in Mailchimp, you should send it to Mandrill. Once it is sent, the template will be listed in the Autopilot card while you are editing.
Email templates must be built on the "Classic Email Builder" instead of the default "New Email Builder." to push to Mandril.
2. Set Sender Email
While connecting Mailchimp to Goki, you must set a sender email. Please note that this email will be shown as a sender when sending emails to your guests.
Warning:
The sender's email should be verified on Mandrill.
3. Replace Goki Emails with Mailchimp Emails
You can use the Autopilot features to customize your emails using your newly created Mailchimp templates - learn more about Autopilot.
You will be able to replace the following Goki emails with your own Mailchimp email templates:
When a reservation is assigned → Send MailChimp email - learn more
When Access is Generated → Send MailChimp email - learn more
