Mailgun + Goki

With Mailgun integration, you can use your preferred address for sending emails to travellers and customize Goki email templates.

Updated over a year ago

By default, all Goki emails have default templates, and they are sent from Goki's support email via modifying Autopilot from the G-board.

However, with our Mailgun integration, you can use your preferred email address for sending emails to travelers and customize Goki email templates.

Email templates you can customize:

  • Check-in Email (PIN Email)

  • Confirmation Email (Reservation detected email)

  • Reservation updated emails

Connect Mailgun to Goki

  • Go to Settings Marketplace → All apps

  • Click on the Connect button on the Mailgun card

  • Log in to your Mailgun account

  • You will need: HTTP webhook signing key

    • In Mailgun: Mailgun dashboard page API KeysCopy HTTP webhook signing key

  • Paste Mandrill HTTP webhook signing key to the API key box in Gboard. You'll get the green tick for a successful connection

  • Choose the Domain and enter the Sender Email

  • Sender Name and Reply Email are optional. Once you choose and update them you won't be able to delete

Notes:

  • Make sure you have a valid Custom Domain and authorized email on Mailgun. You can have a custom domain only if you use Mailgun's Starter on Standard Plan.

  • It's not available to add Custom Domains for free plan users. You will be restricted from sending emails only to verified Authorized Recipients, which you should enter manually.
