Goki is trying to automate a very complicated process and give you the option to customize it.

PMS Reservations are not being transferred to Goki

  1. Ensure that your account is either on trial or approved. For details on account types, refer to the explanation here.

  2. Make sure your PMS is connected by following this.

  3. Create/update a reservation on your PMS and changes should be seen in Goki within a few seconds. (Make sure you have checked your integration limitation here)

Check-in is not creating a PIN

  1. Make sure your account is on trial or approved. Account types are explained here.

  2. Make sure your rooms are mapped by following the steps explained here.

  3. Make sure your room in Goki dashboard has a SmartLock or SmartDisc.

  4. Make sure your PMS is connected by following this (if you have a PMS - Goki can be used as a stand-alone app without a PMS).

  5. Make sure your reservation is checked in on both PMS and Goki. (If your PMS is connected properly within a few seconds your PMS is updating Goki).

  6. Make sure your autopilot is on by following this.
