Step 2 - Goki Dashboard & Menu Explained

An overview of all sections and items you see on your Goki dashboard on your first log-in.

After logging in to your Goki Dashboard, you will be greeted by your Home page. This section displays important statistics, as well as reservation cards for today's check-ins and check-outs, provided there are reservations in your system. Additionally, any upcoming activities you have planned will be shown here.

Menu

The menu appears in the grey column at the right part of the screen and it includes the following sections. We have explained each option in detail in its specific sections below.


Note:

Some menu items might not be visible based on your access level.


  • Property Name: You can switch between multiple properties if you have more than one.

  • Home: Different kinds of statistics related to Lock unlock and remote actions, Battery status, etc.

  • Search: Find guests and reservations on Goki.

  • Messages: Communicate with your guests who have downloaded the Goki app. Learn More

  • Shout-out: Send an announcement to your guests via notifications and emails. Learn More

  • Activities: Manage your property events and activities (we promote them to your guests via the Goki app). Learn more

  • Reservations: If you do not have a PMS, you can use this feature to manage reservations. Learn More

  • Spaces: Manage rooms & bed configuration (with the Spaces app, you can add SmartLocks, which will provide tons of features). Learn More

  • Teams: Manage your team and permissions.

  • Subscription: Manage your subscription. Learn More

  • Settings: Change your property profile, T&C, privacy, automation, connect to other systems, and more. Learn More

  • Help: a quick help toggle feature to teach you a feature on the dashboard and link to support.goki.travel.

  • Status: indicating if you are not approved or on trial (On the trial account, only the guests whose emails are added in white-listed will get the Goki emails.)

  • Your Profile: Manage your personal profile and security settings.
